What is the best way to talk about our wines?
Which foods are particularly complementary to them and which combinations bring out the best in both?
Here are two questions I try to answer each time I prepare my technical descriptions and tasting notes or when faced with wine enthusiasts enjoying our wines at a tasting, but who are wondering whether the first impression will still hold when they drink it with a meal. And of course, my own background and sensitivity mean that I may not be the best person to provide impartial answers.
So, why not invite other people to get involved? Wouldn’t it be interesting to open up Crès Ricards < the blog > to everyone who would like to share their experiences and provide their answers to these questions?
And so we are launching a new blog column.
Professionals and enthusiasts who enjoy Crès Ricards wines and who remember a particularly successful food / wine combination will regularly be given the opportunity to express themselves in “Let’s talk about…“.
