Our traditional blending session took place on 23rd January in the presence of Stéphanie and Jean our oenologists.
As every year, it was a time of shared intense emotion. We scrutinized the characteristics of the individual grape varieties, then each with our own particular sensitivity contributed to blending the wines, which are the reflection of our “terroir” and our expertise and which, in a few months time, we will have the pleasure of offering to you.
At the moment it looks like we will be bottling the first wines at the beginning of April, bearing in mind the work we have to do in the cellar and the procedure for obtaining accreditation for our 2006 vins de pays.
