It was in the magnificent Liard amphitheatre at the Sorbonne that the ANDESE (national association of PhD-holders in Economics and Management Sciences) organised a symposium on Web 2.0 on 08 April this year.
Thanks to Louis Naugès, an expert in Web 2.0 information services and Chairman of Microcost, I was able to make a presentation at this symposium in the form of a practical demonstration of what these web services can provide in terms of added value to the way a micro-business like Domaine des Crès Ricards makes use of the internet.
In addition to the services that can be seen on our website, such Google Maps to locate restaurants that stock Crès Ricards wines and wine fairs we are attending, our Flick’r slide show, Mal’s and eBay e-commerce solutions and this blog, I also presented services such as Netvibes and Google Analytics that enable us to manage our internet business efficiently, all for about 20 euros a month and without resorting to the services of any IT professionals!
